  • Daikon GMINOS executable notes may be found in the footer of the MC on Enstore summary page (some are reproduced here)
  • Far detector mock data samples (MDC):
    • Production of the MDC files was requested in MMINOS-doc-6497.
    • 100 experiments for Run I, II, III, and IV with the same oscillation parameters.
    • Each experiment with following POTs
      • Run I: 1.27e20 (I LE, FHC)
      • Run Ia: 0.15e20 (I pHE, FHC)
      • Run II: 1.94e20 (II LE, FHC)
      • Run III: 3.88e20 (III LE, FHC)
      • Run IV: 1.3e20 (IV LE, RHC)
    • FD MDC samples DO NOT have any systematic shifts applied as it was agreed by the interested analysis groups at the time they were generated that systematics could easily be imposed at analysis-time via JobCModule. FD MDC is oscillation-only.
    • The oscillation parameters were selcted randomly from
      • Δm2 = 2.1 - 2.7 × 10-3 eV2,
      • sin22θ = 0.9-1.0,
    • The true input oscillation parameters have been revealed at the CC group meeting on 04/14/2010.
      • Δm2 = 2.1704 × 10-3 eV2,
      • sin22θ = 0.9756.
  • Far detector mock data samples: (MDC2)
    • 100 experiments for Run III only.
    • Each experiment with 3.88e20 POT (III LE, FHC)
    • The oscillation parameters were selcted randomly from
      • Δm2 = 2.1 - 2.7 × 10-3 eV2,
      • sin22θ = 0.7-0.9.
    • The true input oscillation parameters haven't been revealed yet.

      Reconstruction Notes:

      • Note that reconstructed ntuples and candidate files may be concatenated from several generated subruns, therefore end-users should be very careful in POT accounting
