The BeamData package provides a network server and monitoring GUI.
The primary job of the server is to read out ACNET data on primary and
secondary beam monitors as well as other devices. Data is sent to the
rotorooter where it is then available for offline processes.
The server starts with enough configuration to connect to the Beam
Division XML-RPC interface to ACNET. Further configuration and
monitoring is done via XML-RPC and the provided GUI as well as simple
command line scripts. Configuration is an expert only job.
