This signs indicates information for pedestrians i.e. OO and C++ beginners. If
you see this sign at the top of any page it means that is has be written
specifically assuming that the reader is still new to OO and C++. At
other places it flags information relevant to beginners
This indicates some tricky driving ahead! i.e. a warning to beginners. If this
sign appears next to any link, then that document has not been written
with beginners in mind, so the information may be too detailed or
technical for them.
