For issues not requiring immediate intervention, he is the MINOS Tier 1 Contact.
Use this for reporting problems, include ones with VOMS
Note: If using the web interface don't panic after formatting a description in the drop down box and submitting apparently squeezes out all the blanks and line feeds, it is O.K., if you view the ticket later. If the problem is considered to be UK specific the problem may be "solved" by assigning it to ROC-UK.

even though this gives direct access to a system call "footprints" which is the UK/Ireland ROC helpdesk ticketing system which is almost fully synchronised with the GGUS helpdesk, as support group prefer people to use GGUS directly as single entry point for the tickets.
This is a list of grid sys admins. You can ask questions about site configuration for example or if you have problems as a user, or least you might were it not for the fact that it is a closed list!
Use this to broadcast changes to the community. I am not sure we will ever need to do this!
