Getting a FNAL Visitor ID

You will need a FNAL visitors ID in order to get a computer account.

  1. Please read the Requirements for Computer Accounts and fill out the Visitor ID form located there.
  2. Fax it to 630-840-3614 to the attention of Crae Tate.
  3. The User Validation will be signed and sent to the Users Office.
