MINOS/Soudan Account Request Form

To request a general computing account at Soudan (Linux or Windows NT) please fill out the form below and push the submit button.

Note: Before getting a Soudan account, you must have a FNAL account and a kerberos principal.

This form is only for general computer accounts (Linux and Windows NT) at Soudan. If you need an account to do work on the DAQ or the DCS system tne please contact Tim Nicholls (DAQ) or Alec Habig (DCS).

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS FORM IS FOR PEOPLE WORKING ON THE NuMi/MINOS COLLABORATION ONLY.
Your request will be verified by a member of the collaboration before an account is created for you.
