Description:

Lists times of spills at the ND. Actually, this isn't quite true: it lists the times of spills at the kicker magnet. Constant offsets seperate this time from the ND and the FD.

Usage in the offline software:

This is used by the SpillTiming package, specifically the SpillTimeFinder

Validation for entering new data:

None at present. Data is automatically created by the SpillTimeLooter at minos-daq.minos-soudan

Process for automated filling:

Constructed by a cron job by minos@minos-om.fnal.gov every 8 hours, using code in SpillTiming/looter/
