Description:

Describes the electrical and optical crosstalk between pixels of an 'average' M16 phototube.

Usage in the offline software:

Used by DetSim (See SimPmtM16CrosstalkTable and SimPmtUTM16 in particular) to simulate crosstalk. Could in principle be used for crosstalk rejection or deconvolution algorithms.

Validation for entering new data:

Data was created from UT test stand data, and checked against CalDet data.
