Description:

Describes the spectrum of blue light seen by the WLS fibre

Usage in the offline software:

See PhotonTransport/PhotonLookupTable.h for implimentation. This table is used by the default (fast) optical simulation (PhotonFastBlueModel). It provides the average spectrum of blue light incident on the WLS fibre, after scintillator self-absorption.

Validation for entering new data:

Data comes from PhotonTransport simulation of the full optical model
