Description:

Provides the range of low-energy electrons in polystyrene

Usage in the offline software:

See PhotonTransport/PhotonLookupTable.h for implimentation. Not used by default (yet). It has been suggested that the tracking of very low-energy delta rays is not done correctly by Geant, leading to high Birk's supression. This parameterization my help to alleviate the problem.

Validation for entering new data:

Data comes from NIST ESTAR energy tables,.
