Description:

gives the DCS coil status, distilled into smaller, contiguous records. FarDet only, to be ported to NearDet as well.

Usage in the offline software:

in BField package, construct a DbiReader to get coil status for a particular VldContext. SM*STATUS columns give status of each coil, 0 for off or unknown, 1 for forward and at least 75 amps, and -1 for reverse at least -75 amps. To be overhauled to give finer granularity and degaussing information.
